For existing installs

The last published lueselement-desktop package will continue to be served from this repo, so existing installations stay functional. No new versions will be published.

If you still have this repo configured in /etc/pacman.conf, you can leave it in place — it's harmless. To remove it, delete the [lueshub] stanza from /etc/pacman.conf.
